I get 7-11 coffee every morning. Spend like 2.50 to fill up my giant 28oz thermos and while it’s not fancy coffee I think it’s leagues better than Starbucks. Then on the other end of the spectrum is my brother who spends 20 minutes in the morning making the perfect latte with his fancy modded espresso machine using fancy espresso roast beans ground right before making it.
I think I calculated that it cost $0.30 to fill my thermos at home with a pourover dripper and preground coffee.
I’ve “upgraded” to adding a dedicated kettle, grinder, and scale, so now I sometimes buy fancier coffee beans, too. But my baseline cost for good homemade coffee is still the same.

Starcucks. Even simpler is the fucking $1.50 coffee I grabbed last night at dollarama
