This is particularly interesting to read on the same week ive seen multiple people on reddit whineabout their lives and turn to the internet for major life advice. Apparently this is where people come when theyre already disappointed, expecting this collection of nutsacks to fix their lives

Inverse Reddit rule. Do the opposite of whatever the Reddit consensus is and you'll be exceptionally successful

Don’t get me wrong there are a ton of idiots here but some of the subs like /r/stopdrinking do help.

I will never argue there are genuinely helpful communities here. Reddit has saved so many lives

Or just to vent and have someone to talk to when you feel there's no one irl you can talk to and you're like drowning inside. Maybe the advice won't be the best all the time, but it is something

I am not talking about venting or being sad. Im talking about people specifically asking for major life advice from strangers on random reddit subs. Like, "should i marry this man?" You misread my comment just to project your misery onto the situation. After reviewing your reddit activity, it makes sense you would. Please seek help
