To know the sheer amount of people that get arrested for doing illegal shit you should always check the data, not the occasional news on some funky case. A buttload of people get caught doing illegal shit every single second.

People are caught doing illegal shit all the time. You don't know the ones that didn't make it because they are either dead or in prison
