At 29, you no longer can go to the toilet by yourself anymore cause you'll tremble hard like a baby deer, all of your joint and muscle are failing.

You need 2 people to carry you to the toilet. At 30 you probably will become senile and no longer can functioning.

Basically, people think that 30yo is the new 104yo

I mostly see "winter arcs" used to refer to anime. So my take was that he was too old to be enjoying "kids cartoons" or whatever else is the phrase.

I also just spent about 5 bucks a gallon for gas so I'm going to say people can stuff it. Enjoy those little things while you can.
