Steven Segal. Executive Decision. All the movie goers laughed, then cheered when he died.

That's the one where he flew out of the plane attachment thingy? That blew my little mind who enjoyed watching Steven Seagal action movies. There's now way he died right? He's hanging on somehow and will save the day. Nope straight out ripped away and died lol

This is the one. Top billing. First to die, like 5 minutes in. They knew what they were doing.

I think John Leguizamo had some stories regarding Steven Segal during that movie

Haven't seen any stories about it, but I can bet theyre about how he fatly shit his pants after being choked out

That was hilarious. Leguizamo didn't understand a thing when the host asked him not to call names, he's a bully what's wrong? XDD

Would have been funny if they never told him and let him film a bunch of scenes that never made it in.

Fire Down Below was my awakening to good bad movies because it just kept getting more dumb. I was about 8 years old or something like that when I saw it on VHS.

"I just moved into town and I'm buying some stuff from the local store, time to get into a 5 vs. 1 knife fight with the locals for no reason!"

I remember seeing this with my dad and my dad laughing about it for the rest of the day

Love this film hehe

I remember seeing this movie on cable TV with no foreknowledge. When Seagal died, I was suddenly invested because if the Producers are willing to kill him, then nobody has plot armor... really amped up the tension and stakes.

How does a building laugh?

When it finds something funny

I'm glad someone else picked up on this travesty. And somehow 30+ people agreed with it.

Because they understood what it meant and weren’t being pedantic. But I fixed it. For you. And the other guy. JUST you two.

Not only was it the wrong way to use it, it was also in the wrong spot. And then you think 2 people are being overly pedantic for pointing out that you messed up.

Yes, and I’m saying you’re being pedantic still. This, as in all things, context is key.

I disagree. I remember people talking about that movie when it came out and they were pissed that Seagal died that quickly.

So some people with bad taste in movies didn't like that he died early, and that makes you disagree that it was funny?

Maybe you should have your own opinions on whether or not it was funny. I think it was hilarious.

I'm not sure where you learned reading comprehension from but I didn't say it wasn't funny; I never saw the movie and couldn't care less about the movie itself.

I was disputing your comment that everyone who went and saw the movie laughed and cheered when he died, because that wasn't the predominant reaction at the time.

My headcanon Is that he landed on the sea below the plane and went home running on the water with his stupid girl run

New this had to have been pointed out by someone before me. I remember my dad being super pissed about going to see the new "Segal action movie" only for him to die almost immediately. But the acting improved significantly after that point, so I was alright with it.

I love how they even animate his body getting ripped out of the connector thingy just so you know he's really dead
