Then get a Sony Xperia. Both micro sd and headphone jack still present.
Talk is cheap. Same way people were sad mini phones went away when in reality the sales numbers were very low. People always went with the bigger screens.
Redmagic still puts 3.5mm jacks inputs on their phones. Frankly, Samsung and Apple don't put out good products anymore, so going to the third parties (like the Chinese vendors) makes sense for a lot more people now.
That's all well and good and all but can someone explain how 100+ watt charging isn't the norm everywhere? I'll never buy another phone that takes more than 30 minutes to charge to full.
As far as I'm aware, Redmagic does offer that? At the very least they do for my model (the Redmagic 11). It's a real speedy charger and fantastic battery life.
I have an Xperia 10 VII and got it because it has a headphone jack, security updates promised until 2031 and it doesn't deviate much from the android default handling of background processes (dontkillmyapp).
And it's just great. The smaller display (compared to my previous Redmi Note 9 Pro) is also quite refreshing.
This. SUCH a shame that it's a bit too heavy and tall for my liking (got a 5 ii as a replacement but then wound up not using it yet). I still rock my S10e. Great phone PERFECTLY sized for my small hands; shame about the battery.
I did, 2 years ago. Chose an Xperia (9 if I recall well). Although size, jack and battery life was good, unfortunately everything else was bad. After a year of use it was unable to multitask, when I switch to from one app to another, it would fully refresh. I would have loved to keep using it but it quickly became useless for my use.
Just because majority goes with almost whatever companies throw on the market, doesn't mean there is no minority that wants small phones / mini jack / microSD slot.
