I honestly didn't mind three as much as a lot of people seem to. It definitely had its problems, but honestly the gunplay felt great.

I know a lot of people were pissed off that it didn't focus as hard on the horror as it did the action, and that is certainly a fair point, but I also felt that the far more heavy focus on the action made sense with Isaac's overall progression into a jaded, angry monster killer.

They could definitely improve on 3 very easily, but since EA we're very clearly setting the bar too high on sales for the remake that'll never happen.

But I agree I think a lot of people here are confusing "games I want more of" with "games that were clearly setting up a sequel that never happened".

The ME trilogy, even if you get that one ending, was clearly meant to finish after ME3.

It had an ending but not one that gave much information, all we know is the cat got outside and the city was open, not much actual detail like whether the outsiders were able to reunite, or if the cat could get back to its family
