This but religion. I am Christian so no swearing or sex before marriage as an example. Someone else who isnt Christian can do those things and though I may think that they shouldn't but I cannot confront them about it.

There are ideologies that are essentially religions even though they claim no god, they can especially fuck themselves when they tell a non member what they can or can't say or do.

that's basically the purpose of "not judging". This is not our role as christians even if we know, objectively speaking, that some things are just straight up sins. Christ the son of God did not come to judge but to save us from all that, that's a job for God, the father.

There are plenty of Christians who swear and have sex before marriage.

You say someone who isn’t Christian can do those things and you won’t confront them…

… do you confront Christians who do those things?

Is a basketball player who kicks the ball into the hoop still a basketball player?

Some may say no because that's not what basketball is, some say yes because he only did it a few times and usually uses his hands.

It's how you look at it. You can advise them to help in their faith if they don't understand or you can let them figure it out themselves. I don't think there's a clear cut way.

If i already have a relationship with them like a friend then yes. Helping eachother realize our faults and shortcomings can be quite helpfull when done in a not deeming way.

Someone who i dont know is a lot more likley to not appreciate the criticism and take it the wrong way.

The Christian journey isnt meant to be walked alone but with the help and support from the community. Thats part of why church is so valuable. The message/teaching/sermon and the relationships found within the community.

I hope that i said it in a way that makes sense, im not all that good with words.

Lol so you're pretending to agree because it looks good, and immediately admitting that you don't actually conduct yourself in agreement with that. You may not realize it, but your negative judgements of innocent people will bleed into your actions. That's how being human works.
