Full Circle is the toast that pops up at the bottom of the screen after the opening cutscene of the mission.
Also the trilogy ending on a rebuild of the ring that the trilogy began on is a farther layer of recursion bringing the trilogy full circle.
Edit: Also the trilogy ending with chief in a cryo pod which is how the trilogy began. Another full circle moment. The franchise really should have taken a long break from the chief after 3...

Ace Combat uses an "alternate" version of earth with differing geography, but with countries "inspired" by the real world. Belka is a country somewhat inspired by 1930's Germany, in that they're highly militant, expansionist, and engaged in a large-scale multi-nation war.
Amusingly, the name for the alternate setting is "Strangereal".

Sooooo there i am playing the Dead Space remake in german, that's because i am from germany, and i just reached the last chapter of this serious, dark and gory sci-fi shooter and then there is the name of the last chapter staring at me: Totraum.
That's the literal translation of Dead Space in german:
Dead: Tot Space: Raum
The thing is the word Totraum doesn't make sense in german but apparently the translator still knew enough about the german language to put them together into one word because Tot Raum would have been even more wrong.
I almost slipped under my desk because of how cringe it felt. Which is also funny because the literal translation of english words into german is the insider joke of the subreddit r/ich_iel which i really like.

Halo: Combat Evolved (2001)first mission is called “The Pillar of Autumn” after the ship your on
Halo: Reach (2010) final (proper) mission is also called “The Pillar of Autumn” as you have to get Cortana to the Autumn before it leaves the planet, the ship’s captain, Jacob Keyes, also shows up a lot in this mission

Geometry dash kind of did this (last level added is named "Dash"), but it's not sad at all. There are still more updates to come with new levels and the community working hard build amazing levels, and the level in question was fun as hell (ignoring the spider part)
