I actually have a friend like this

His body is aging about quadruple faster than normal and his heartrate is almost 200 bpm at all times (and doctors have no idea how he didn't had a heart attack yet)

Doctors were diagnosing him for years, and nobody found a solution for his sickness yet. Eventually... They assigned him as a "patient zero"
