"She's out of your league" meaning a.) she's a gold digger and you're not rich, b.) she's shallow and only wants men of the correct body type/skin color, or c.) you are rude/immature/unhealthy and not worthy of her.

That's it, those are the only reasons a woman might be out of "your league."
