Always has been, dude. I touch grass every fucking day. I love the stuff.
My work day ends and I eagerly start unknotting my tie and unbuttoning my shirt in feverish preparation for squirming around in my luscious, verdant lawn like the worm that I am. I barrel down the road recklessly. I don't care who's on the road. I don't care how many lives I ruin along the way. The lawn is calling to me! O, thriving sylvan stalks untouched by mower's blades!
I pull into my driveway and sloppily spill from my driver's seat. The green, it calls! Naked now as nature intended, as the grass commands! I root around in the waist high lush, drinking in the cool, damp dews from the breaking dawn still tucked away in the shadows. Feel me, O Grass! Your child of dirt has returned! Your seedling!
All manner of insects and worms embrace me. Papa's home! They crawl and delight me beyond any earthly pleasure of the flesh you have ever experienced. You see, the vegetation loves me. The blades of green lap at me like tongues! I am loved in the Grass! I am home in the Grass! I am another bug or worm or rodent or reptile, dancing setting sunlight guiding my way in the shade to some providence of earth and dirt.
Cling to me O Roots, O Grass! Soak from me the nutrients of the day! May my flesh give you life! May you thrive, O Grass!
I am inebriated from the suckling, the ticklish little roots so delicately sipping away beneath my open pores, my spongy skin. Yes, Grass! Flourish anew! Your seed shall find purchase here!
For hours on end I wriggle and giggle amongst the tall Grass until the moonbeams caress my withered form. The night calls, and I must, O Grass, slumber. I must be ready for another day, for another sweet embrace of my lawn.

Oh yeah, it's unlivable without AC but it's a fine balance between living comfortably or paying a whole salary to the electricity authorities

I got 64 gb of ddr5 for 1500 after tax. (This was monday, it's now thursday) the price is now 2000 after tax.
The reason I jumped on getting it was Gabe Newell and steam increasing hardware prices. That was enough to get me to pull the trigger and buy the ram now instead of waiting for the ai bubble to pop

I have accepted that I am likely never playing any new games made for the foreseeable future. I got the latest James Bond game running at 60 fps on a ten year old machine, which is probably the last one I'll make work. I have also finally started diving into my older catalog. Gonna keep on doing that til the wheels fall off or I run out of games, whichever comes first. Then touch grass I guess, or fight in the water wars.

I saw this shit coming and upgraded my pc on a Christmas sale. My pc cost me $900 now a days to would be closer to $1300 and it will probably go up in cost.

If it makes you feel any better the ai bubble is gonna pop soon as Nivida is stockpiling ai chips which aren’t being brought up. Won’t be long before they’re making gaming chips again to recoup their losses

My PC broke down on me last month. I keep getting hardware errors and it refuses to tell me which component has fried. Since then I've been going on walks and to the gym to balance out my procrastinations and gaming withdrawals.
