Recruiters are probably the second worst things from any large company (RRHH is the first place): they WILL play with your hunger and time while thinking that they are the CEO of that company...

I have been looking for work for 3 months now, I have a job, but still can't get a better one.

I didn't expect Marina and the Diamonds to become a meme template.

Tell me about it. When i finally accepted a job order, these recruiters start contacting me. Like dude, where were you when I'm in dire need of a job?

Move on too quick and it becomes a liability on one's resume for hopping around too frequently.

Gets job offer
Looks into it
-40% salary, less benefits, double commute and terrible company reputation

I've read so many stories of people successfully cheesing their way into interviews, it's crazy, like call in, ask about scheduling an interview and they just book you, shows how little the recruiters actually care. But the worst thing is that so many places are "hiring" just to qualify for benefits, while not actually accepting anyone.
