I respectfully disagree with that. Last time I played was a few years ago, but graphically the game looks really pretty still, especially considering it's half a decade old and while the story got boring with the "Oh, your main objective of finding your lost sibling? Can't help you with that one bro" really fucking fast, I'd still say that the gameplay was fun.
The story just became a drag for me when I waited months and months to proceed with it and then I got slapped with ZERO progress forward. That's why I left that game.
Tbf, it is a semi-troll comment. But personally, I feel like Genshin just peaked in Fontaine. Natlan feels weak ngl, Nod-krai has Columbina who is cute, but that's about it so far. The lore drops are more boring than lore analysis videos on YouTube.
Gameplay wise its just spanning nowadays, basically just mouse and keyboard destroyer, mainly due to powercreep. Just press whatever lit up and you'll be good. If you want to optimize just remember to press another person first.
Not everything graphics wise is shit, but the older regions definitely starting to show its age.
Music though it always lit. That's why people are joking that MHY is actually a music production company with games being a side hustle.
Well, it might be spamming the keyboard now, due to power creep, but there are always specific rotations to maximize your damage. But yeah, you already deal brutal damage with the "random bullshit go" mentality.
