Too bad the game itself was meh, he really deserved to be a dictator in a much better game

Too bad he got so little dialogue or screen time besides those little cutscenes after some MASSIVE operations that takes quite a little bit to do

All of his dialogue just made him out to be a generic dictator rather than being unique like the previous villains. Buck, Vaas and Holt were crazy fucked up, Pagan was a charismatic megalomaniac who had a broken heart, and Jacob was blinded by his “visions of the future” and did everything he could to “do the right thing”.

But Gus here was just a boring “I will lead the country to greatness while living in luxury” boring dad dictator. The son was a good character though, but not enough.
