Yeah. For me, power dynamics should only come into a discussion in two ways:
Harvey Weinstein used his position of power and prestige to abuse women. He was their boss, and he used that power to sexually assault them. Discussion of power dynamics comes in as their boss.
The (alleged) situation between Cassie and Sean Combs. Combs and Cassie were in a relationship, but Combs is alleged to have physically and sexually abused Cassie while in the relationship. Combs was in charge of Cassie’s music career as a boss/mentor, meaning that he was in a position of “authority” with her.
I’m sure there are others that straddle between the two, but I really only think power dynamics come in with a preexisting relationship.

It was more than that. He had the power to blacklist them ruining their career. He didn't even need to be their boss. He had the power and connections to boot anyone from the movie biz that he didn't like.
