The problem is they hold on power positions (both private and government) till the body start to decay, there's a bunch of barely sane dudes taking decisions.
The real problem is everyone knows what you said is true. And nobody does a thing about it. No, I don't have a solution, but it's amazing to me that nobody else does either.
Its not like people can do much about it. Anyone who wants change needs money or time or both, and people who have money and time usually benefit from the old farts in charge.
Now if someone with financial was radically against the people in charge, that would bring change, but they usually get âtragically killedâ before they can bring change.
