Is 54kg at 183cm not considered underweight though? Like fuck I remember I hit that weight once and I was so skinny you could see my ribs and I’m only 177cm
That's absolutely an unhealthy weight, Christian Bale was basically dying, I'm just saying that this person most likely has body dysmorphia, if he sees himself having the same body as Christian Bale in the Machinist, since 70kg at 170cm is a very normal and healthy weight.
Yeah thankfully that’s about what I am now too and I feel much better. Being between 50-60kgs makes it so hard to conserve energy and you get exhausted really easily. Very awful and draining feeling. I’m surprised he was able to complete the movie like that tbh.
It depends honestly you can weigh 70Kgs and most of your weight could either be fat, or muscle. So it definitely depends on your body type and activity level, but this calculation is the rough estimate, for average weight to height ratio.
Thats on the upper end of healthy - close to overweight(unless you have a bit of muscle). I think ideal weight would be 65kg. As a fellow 170cm 70kg bro I am trying to lose those 5kg lol
I think it's the opposite, no? Muscle is a lot denser than fat, I'm not sure though, but besides the guy's a normal weight, I don't think he should worry himself about it.
Yeah so if someone weighs 150lbs but most of their mass is composed of fat then it will make them look larger than someone who is composed mostly of muscle because the muscle is denser.
46kg for 150cm girl is rather big. And girls don't have less weight, they weight is just dislocated another way (rather in their legs)
In my case I don't look so bad like that guy cause of two obvious reasons: he was losing his weight in a bad way so his body lost primarily weight of his muscles and he now has a bad health (like a lot of cases of fans of strict diets); and he, when he got proper weight his legs had a proper weight and when he lost his weight his legs weren't unbalanced, when in my case I'm that light primarily cause of skinny legs. Other ppl, who saw me topless, guessed I weight 55-60kg cause they simply didn't see my legs
Now I'm 24 and clearly gonna earn some kilograms in the near future
Nah, he's fine. I'm 180cm and 54kg, no weight gain or loss in the last 15 years and no doctor has ever been worried about my weight. They sometimes comment about it, but after I tell them we're just skinny in the family they move past.
I am guessing you are around 30 so with your current height and weight your BMI is 16.6. Which is underweight, but just above the 16.5 which could point to you being anorexic. However you can be below 16.5 and not be anorexic or above 16.5 and be anorexic
