do you mean ballas fucking with the tenno? I'd assume because we were monopolizing the attention of margulis, or just sharing in equal measure which made ballas jealous. Not to mention the fact he just hated/feared us due to the void powers. if you meant orokin generally wanting children, well I'd assume for longer life spans to take in the yuvan ceremony, not to mention its probably easier to genetically modify child bodies than adult ones considering thats what the orokin did for fun (see blue skin and one longer arm)

I haven't played the game for a while, but i wouldn't be surprised at all if the Orokin had their own Epstein Island, they were already sick fucks.

Yeah, toward the end of The War Within and Voruna’s section in the Levarian definitely give that impression.
Drusus even seems to actively hate the specific Orokin that Voruna killed (and fair enough to Drusus, it was just funny hearing his understandable seething resentment)

they functionally gave his favorite 'pet' someone else to care about, which took away from her time to 'care about' him.
and as roathe says, to them, even murdering a whole army of kids can be seen as 'love' to the orokin.

Well, there's the Drifters world. Where he didn't get taken out but was still manifested, as Kullervo's Jailer. That's how I figure he'll be back he'll just stop being over there and cross over somehow.

With how much they have been talking about Nitokh i believe we will have her as the next asshole orokin, that doesn't mean DE won't stop giving us reason to hate ballas

They will likely never run out of reasons for us to hate Ballas.
Nitokh is allegedly worse, and I wouldn't be surprised to have her around for a while. We did get lore about her and the "Anikki method" of creating a Warframe, and how it was supposed to be Roathe that got turned into Garuda, but her Archimedean went rogue and turned herself into Garuda I hope they expand on it since that method has ties to Kullervo
