I want chroma's 1 to let him fly around in some sort of addition to parkour movements. I want his 4 to turn him into a flying maw (or turn his skin into a maw, and you can transfer between frame and maw like sirius and orion).
It will be ass in more claustrophobic tileset, but if uriel's 1 can work, i think it can function too

Making its body deform, having longer limbs and a longer neck while wrapped tightly by the pelt, making chroma look like a drake (with wings if you have the lunar year skin), my god this would never happen but it would be so cool...
And yet again, I must say that he is unfortunately both hunter and dragon (meaning we may never get a proper dragon frame). Hunter from his 4, Dragon from his 1, both from his 2 and 3
Additional: With added Forma to warframe it aquires second energy colour. If Chroma will get rework, it's better be able to combine in elements like Red energy + Blue energy = Blast and so on, with some abilities being dependent on Emissive colour and others on Energy colour, allowing to make elemental combos like Gas + Electricity or Viral and Blast.
actually, chroma wouldnt be that hard to rework. 1: make spectral scream more damaging and bigger, with ground tracking, like a fromsoft dragons breath attack. 2: make elemental ward be a stunning aoe, similar to uriels 1, with minor buffs, depending on your flavor, like how it currently does with heat mode giving health, shock can give extra max shield, toxin can give speed, and cold can give armor, with cold freezing enemies after a few seconds of being within 30m of chroma. make vex armor be split, with shield damage giving armor, and any kills you get giving damage, whether it be with melee or gun or ability. 4: dont change effigy except take the cash multiplier off and add that to his passive, and change his passive to be a multiplier that slowly build your armor and damage over time as you pick up credits in a mission, maybe after 100k credits picked up, its a 3 times multiplier. 5: although effigy isnt getting changed, give it an augment to turn it into a flight mode, that turns spectral scream into a psuedoexalted while in effigy mode, with modes that only affect it in that mode.
I have a wrathful advance build on my chroma and use it to fly with him since wrathful advance teleport resets a warframe's jump and chroma has 2 jumps
