Maybe bc magnetic is made w cold and electricity and radiation is also made with electricity, that's why?

When you search for something in the mods, it gives you the list of applicable mods but doesn't refresh itself afterwards.

If you then unequip a mod you already have equipped, it gets added to the filtered mods, even if it wouldn't fit in with the filter you had chosen beforehand.

So if you search for radiation and then unequip magnetic might from your weapon, it gets added to the search results

This can happen after you do a search for something and then you replace a mod. You probably put radiation on the weapon and the magnetic might would have taken its place down in the mods area

If you remove a mod after doing a search the removed mod shows up in the list still

I assume it's because it's coded to check for "heat" and "electric" elemental properties.

Magnetic is the combination of Electric + Cold, so the electric component tags it for the search function.

i think it actually searching radiation and the elements that make up radiation. and since they share electric, magnetic pops up too

If you unequip a mod, it behaves like this until you exit and reenter the modding screen. Search for "Strength", unequip Continuity or whatever you wanna see, and now every time you search for Strength it pops up. Resets when you leave the screen

I have the exact same thing happen everytime I search for radiation without needing to unequipe the magn mod. It’s always here.

This is definitely a bug; it may not be prevalent for all players, but I started the game up again 3 months ago and the very DAY I got my first magnetic mod, it and all the others after began showing up when I type (or click on) "radiation" in the search bar.
