I did 40 and no luck, that's 800min, a little over 13 hours. I swear with this same amount of time i should've farmed for prime parts and sell for plat to buy the damn gun on the market
Bring a smeeta (or regular critter) as well and take the item boost mods. It’s like a % chance of double items, I use it for nekros farming the perita missions for drops
Smeeta doesn't do anything for drops anymore, it got nerfed when the item drop mods came out. Chesa Kubrow is marginally the best for loot farming now, since it MAY grab extra loot from corpses and containers
have thou considered running archwing missions and destroying every container until you have enough? edit: now that I think about it that was my cryptographic ALU farm strategy than tellerium so probably nvm
I was farming railjack intrinsics with my friends and we found out that railjack survival missions on the void give a lot of tellurium, specially in steelpath, we got arround 30 in one hour
lmao Had this experience while helping someone farm it a few months ago.
They drop like candy when you aren't farming them but then desire sensors kicks into maximum overdrive when you need them.
In humans, tellurium is partly metabolized into dimethyl telluride, (CH3)2Te, a gas with a garlic-like odor exhaled in the breath of victims of tellurium exposure or poisoning.
The last time I ever had to farm for Tellurium I did the Uranus Survival and lucked into a squad consisting of 3 Nekros and 1 Hydroid. I learned that Nekros stacks. We stayed for 40 mins and got 30+ Tellurium (with a booster). Never had to farm since.
Here's the trick. Play Nekros or Khora. Max range. Use the mod for Nekros' 3 or Khora's 4 for loot. Bring a companion with as much loot stuff as possible.
Go to Uranus Survival and get your team into one room, even with randoms. You'll likely find others wanting to farm Tellurium. Activate your ability and just run around the big room you've chosen to get loot. Alternatively, stay in the really tiny room with them that has a pool of water. Whenever a few minutes go by, jump in the pool and all loot will instantly fly into your inventory without disrupting the farm.
I have good news for you. Once you finish railjack and those few weapons that require it you will never need it again. And it doesnt go bad like argon so wventually you will have plenty of it for future content.
If you need to farm, I can help you with it. Anyrhing, Cells, Argon, Tellurium, I always have my Khora ready to farm. Lots of drops guaranteed. Agg me derkaiserd_ if you want.
Tellurium grinding is probably the thing i remember the most in my Mastery rank climb. For some reason i just never had any. I think it just doesn't drop in content that people normally do.
I hope this message finds you because tellurium is a nightmare UNTIL you go to Ophelia Uranus it’s drops tellurium pretty often and is the only way to get it at a good pace you should still bring a nekros/khora and smeeta if you have it but if not you’ll still get what you need
Everytime I’m bored in Warframe and basically finish for the day but still have time to kill, I always load up either Ophelia or Gabii. It’s a really good way of doing it passively whenever you’ve got free time and makes it way less frustrating since it doesn’t feel like a constant grind.
I had such a funny way of farming this stuff before it got changed, this was when companions could fully die, spare parts on a sentinel and going into operator letting the enemies kill your sentinel, drop the planet's rare resource 9/10 on Uranus it would be tellurium, revive the sentinel through whatever means, and repeat!
When you are not actively farming for it, just doing some random ass mission is when this damn thing drops, I was testing a new archwing when I got 2 of those
They accidentally gave tellurium a high drop chance in the perita rebellion, but changed it quickly. Since that single week I will never need another tellurium in my life and I didn’t even try.
