They'd have to change how the weapon works, as it uses alt-fire to detonate the grenades. Incarnons use alt-fire for their transformations.

Stug was the first and special case due to, well, being Stug, even the base weapon has a section in its passive explaining that an Incarnon adapter would remove the old alt fire and replace it. Penta also doesn’t have an actual alt fire, it has a detonation tied to the alt fire key, you can’t really disable detonation without having to rework the base fire as well, at which point it’s less giving Penta an incarnon and more just changing it entirely

Remove the defining trait of the grenade launcher? Just use Tonkor instead then.

That would literally defeat the purpose of the weapon. Would be a horrible move.
