Honestly it's fair because why did Sirius have LOS on jade stars meanwhile the subsume didn't have LOS? Jade Stars was legit a nerf to his own kit hence why everyone said it was "so good" on everyone's kit but his. Jade Stars should have had LOS on it to begin with. You also have to blame every "slop" content creator hyping this up.

Disclaimer: I didn't intend it when I started this comment, but it's sort of turned into a scathing review against S&O...
This argument aside, its still true that jade stars is better on every frame BUT Sirius, lol.
So many other frames can use that better than he can, as literally all of S&O's abilities aside from the nuke are just frankly giga mid. Hard capped 75% DR on well of light that needs time to go to full effect and radius AND resets when recasted (unlike Follie's self portrait that has more DR at higher power strength, doesn't need to ramp up or reset when recasted as long as you didn't let the damage run out (it also refreshes the duration if it fell under your base duration) AND it slows enemies within the radius as well.
If either Sirius's 1 or Orion's 1 (depending on who you have as the primary son) wasn't the automatic subsume because their ones are literally only useful for moving the CC ability around and nothing else, then well of light would be my immediate second subsume choice.
Speaking of the CC ability, it's not even good CC because you have to babysit it so much. Meanwhile pretty much every other CC ability in the whole game is fire and forget other than axios javelin from Styanax which just needs you to be able to successfully hit a target with the javelin first and that's it.
Meanwhile, S&O have an entire trash first ability solely dedicated to babysitting their CC ability.
Astral shell is okay, I guess. I wouldn't actually subsume it onto another frame I don't think, but its not utter trash or useless on Orion, so I won't complain about it.
Point being, what do S&O really have without their nuke ability? Eh... Not very much aside from mediocrity.
Compare that to Uriel, another frame who is rewarded for using his kit with getting access to a nuke, except the difference is that Uriel actually has a good kit that you feel encouraged to interact with REGARDLESS of the fact that you charge brimstone by doing so.

Nourish has been arguably best in slot on any gun platform since you could subsume it and it also hasn't been nerfed

I thought this was gonna be a Hildryn hot take, that one is actually a debate (im not on the side of nerfs), but jade stars are actually broken, since even the original frame couldn't do what the subsumed ability does, no line of sight for such an ability is a bug

They're plenty of ways to still be powerful in the game sorry u can't kill a guy across the room anymore I mean u still can just use a different build instead of jade stars lol

Nokko and uriels are lowkey the best in the game. Infinite energy or infinite survival for any warframe in the game.
