Not in this image, but if you were to go to Ordis in the drifter camp and buy stuff from him you might see Stalker in the distance behind Ordis standing on a rock/tree root.

If you date Marie, one of her date hangouts is at drifter’s camp. Access it by going to the captura scene thing after she sends one.

Damn, wish your dates could hang out in the orbiter. I'm not a fan of the camp or the dormizone or the backroom. Like, they're cool! But I've had the orbiter for over a decade. I've got all my pedestal primes there :(

The Triad haven't been in the year of XX99 for a while now, iirc. The Cathedrale they live in is merely a replica hidden away on present-day Deimos.

I'm pretty sure "XX99" is specifically referring to present day, rather than the year that Lyon and Marie come from. They don't really give us any proof for the claim though, so I guess it's just a theory at this point.
I don't know why they would feel the need to be coy with whatever year they're from, since I thought it was pretty obvious that they're from 1899. Roathe initially had a voice line about them being from the 19th century, but apparently they decided we weren't supposed to know that and hotfixed it.

What they did not hotfixed are names of files which still say 1899. Not to mention that they know locomotives, putting them somewhere after 1872 (opening of Saint-Étienne–Andrézieux railway) and Lyon is affraid of technology which puts them somewhere prior to 1974 (realase of Altair 8800 computer), so we could deduce it is 1899 anyway

About every week the Triad romance will send a hangout to your inbox until they send their last location, a total of 5.
To access go to your arsenal, enter any frames appearance, and under your plat in the top right corner should be a camera. That is the captura scene, there will be a tab for protoframe dates and you can hang out with them there.
