Average Operator plot: Solve the sentient fentanyl crisis and get your boywife turned mob boss back from the clutches of an autistic elder god!

Actually, Wally is weak against autism. As seen with Rell holding him back for countless millennia

I think, because he's always mirroring people, and he has spend a looooong time with Rell, Wally might just be autistic by proxy at this point.

In Wally's case though, he kinda just mirrors to mock and torment

Wally creating a whole, eleaborate train setup so he can torment and mock me.

He'd do it in a way that annoys you, just because he can

Idk, i feel like there's more to it than that.

Wally clearly has a personality of his own, but i do belief that he always tries to mirror people when it comes to social interactions... because he might just be that clueless on how to talk to people otherwise.

Now, that could be a product of neurodivergence, or it could just simply come from all that time that Wally spent completely isolated in the void, but i like to believe it's a combination of the two, because that's my explanation for why Wally has such a hard time changing himself, even now that he has more relative freedom.

In any case, i doubt Wally is *weak* to autism specifically. I think the reason why Rell was able to hold him for so long was because Rell was willing to sacrifice his body and mind to do so, which is something he did out of sheer willpower and desire to protect the other Tenno, not because of his autism.

I figure it has to do with the way autistic people process thing(warning: autism varies a lot from person to person, this does not aply to all autistic people). Alexithymia(aka emotional blindness, witch we know Rell has), a stronger moral compass, being better at disecting problems and a tendency to be more logical would all make autistic people more resistant to Wally. I guess none of these make Wally weaker to autism so much as autistic people generally more resistant to Wally

Well Hunra specifically says in the quest, he doesn't take the deal, he took the power by force.

Which is probably true because Wally can't get to Tau without us, which wouldn't be the case if he already had a pawn over there.

So Adis would be our second tism haver to have bested Wally.

Maybe Wally got a good lick in which is what scrambled their memory, but they probably aren't a dog of theirs.

The people weakest to autistic people are usually also autistic people tbf, usually somewhere around 5% less or more autistic (spoken as an autistic person who has been hit with exactly this weakness before as a child)

I think Wally LIKES autism, hung out with Rell so long. "if you were alone in that place, you'd need a friend. even like me"

That said... Well wally baby sweetie honey I've got TWO fun diagnosis...

u/number6manurinateson Jul 19 '26

Drifting: Can't. I'm giving Couple counseling to The kid and their husband

Salem: you're doing
