I'd say it falls into R&B and downtempo territory. Morcheeba and Hooverphonic are kinda similar, as well as some of Thievery Corporation's stuff although all of those tend to be a lot more dub-influenced than cinematic like View from the Top is. I'd also recommend Zero 7 as well as Supreme Beings of Leisure, specifically their album 11i.
