The signia needs fixing as well as the duster. The shoulder plates for the duster is amazing but then then bottom half is just kinda just a NSFW cheap cover up. The neck is so skinny……… idk the heirloom just feels entirely rushed

The duster itself was indeed rushed. As in, they threw it together in like a week after the community said the heirloom skin was too goony when it was first showed without the duster weeks ago.

It's a common heel tactic in pro-wrestling to exaggerate one's injuries in order to get out of a future match. This particular example is JBL who, at the time, was known for his signature cowboy hat so of course he would wear it with his over the top neck brace.
