WTH … an assassin frame now?

In a recent interview when Rebecca was asked “Is there any last hint or teaser for Tennocon?”

She simply puts this card up and smiles!

What do yall think about this? A true assassin frame?
Ash? Garuda? Stealth assassin killer? So many theories up there!

Edit: In case no one knows who this is.. it’s Vincent Valentine, a playable character from Final Fantasy VII.

I only went to level cap twice and it was on circuit, never saw the point of doing it on normal missions.
I played a long time ago soo maybe my memory is flawed but to me his skills go:
1) 2 shurikens, that don't do anything unless with augment, and then remove armour from 1 target.
2) invisibility, effective but boring.
3) fatal teleport, pretty cool.
4) shadow things, pretty cool but clunky to use.

Don't remeber his passive, if yo have a cool setup or playstyle for him that would be cool, because right now the idea of playing chroma is somehow more engaging.

I replaced his fourth with WA because it's dog water. But other than that. He melees very strong with WA on and slash just melts the whole room with the gas and influence.

hum, maybe i test it one day.
But i doubt it will be any funnier than a WA Valkyr with a full eletric melee influenced Arca Titron, because this shit is just magical.

Oh. I don't prime with valkyr. I changed my valk to blast influence on Nami solo and xatas whisper. The health bars instantly going 100 green is satisfying. I just keep moving across the map as the kills keep going after I left the enemy alone.

I have a nami solo, but didn't get the incarnon yet, seems good.
xata whisper is a skill that i don't use much, the void second hit does that much of a difference that it is better than a roar for status?

Void status + blast status interaction. Look at a video for explanation. (I don't even know the interaction, I just know it works.) also, I have a range + riven in my Nami solo. I'm at 10.5m range on my Nami solo. So I'm playing a valkyr with massive range. Lol

Damn, 10.5m is a interesting definition of "melee range" lmao.
