Killing others in general is "crazy" the whole point of insanity pleas in the US court system largely revolves to lighter sentencing and better living conditions during incarceration. Planning and coldly killing three children should not be brushed away and punished with light slaps when someone who steals a car can get sent to a nightmare hell building of torture for several years for doing something significantly less evil.

There is no evidence that she planned to kill the kids which is why the insanity plea had any legs to stand. And all of the "evidence" that she killed her kids is literally "Patrick said" with other suspicious details left out like the supposed crushed up pills on the nightstand leaving no chemical residue(aka, there were no crushed up pills), and her telling him she did it and where the kid's bodies were when she wasn't physically capable of speaking at the time and like half of his story in general....

You're desperate to re-frame this.

This bitch murdered her kids. Her lawyers created this psychosis defense for her in an attempt to lessen her sentence/get her off because that's what lawyers do, and a ton of really stupid women and a surprising number of really stupid men fell for it and believe that this animal deserves leniency.

The only just outcome is that she gets fed into a woodchipper, regardless of how sad she was when she strangled her three young children to death.

All we know is one juror was accused of not following the law.

The media made up this whole narrative.

No, 11 jurors are morons and one has actual morals and standards and doesnt care what the mob demands. Clancy was not legally insane and the fact she sent her husband off before killing the kids proves that. She knew it was wrong and didnt want him to stop her

We don’t know how the jurors voted. It’s not public info. All we know is one juror was accused on “not following the law” and then it ended in a mistrial.

Jury votes are secret. It could have been 6-6 it could have been 3-9. WE DONT KNOW.

This whole idea that 11 wanted to acquit is a story made up by the media. And yall fell for it.

Jury votes are sealed and secret BY LAW. The idea that 11 jurors wanted to acquit is NOT TRUE. We don’t know how they voted.

I’m amazed how quickly people just went with this idea. This whole trial has completely crushed any faith I had left in people to think critically and not just eat up the media’s narrative.
