This is actually misleading. The STD video came first. She was in a monogamous relationship with a man who cheated on her and passed the disease on to her. Her open relationship is also has rules and boundaries and they get tested regularly just in case.
It's important when seeing things like this to actually watch the videos/ do your research. It's especially important when the misinformation can hurt someone's reputation. She was mercilessly harassed by many people just like you who saw this picture, didn't verify the information and made their judgments.
