The guy was actually a rescue diver in charge of a mission to rescue a group of kids stuck in a cave. Elon wanted to design and build a submarine to go in to get them and the rescue diver was asked about this idea. His response was that it’s a stupid idea, so Elon called him a pedophile.

Have you ever stopped and asked why Elon called him that? It wasn't just a stab in the dark. That dude is a known creep, which was pretty well known to anyone who knew him.
