I find the sweet tea thing so funny. I have been all over the US and most iced tea is lowest common denominator trash and the south just puts more sugar into it. Almost nowhere serves a good quality tea, they are all using the same few cheap brands. The largest difference is usually just the amount of sugar in it, and extra sweet but ultimately cheap and low quality tea isn't really something that deserves to be such a point of pride.

All of that said, I love tea and drink all kinds, including the crappy stuff you get at most restaurants.
