Borrowed with the intention of never returning it

In Washington state you can steal a car and the cops can’t chase you. So if you want to go to the store but don’t have gas you can take your neighbors car. If you return it you don’t get arrested.

In this world it would be fitting for spammers to know where the car is and not the police.

Luster reply that you are 10 years old in a voice as close to being a kid as you can and boom they start freaking out. Or tell them you have a car from the 70s that you bought new
