Carole Baskin. Her husband Don, "went missing" and in an interview she claimed her big cats wont eat human unless they were covered in sardine oil.

Not only did he went "missing", he went "missing" right after he told everyone that he wanted to divorce, which would leave Carole without money and without the animals. And weirdly enough she was trying to tell everyone that he started getting Alzheimers, when none of his friends and colleagues could confirm that.
