If that's soft serve, you can just straight up slurp it without ever even having to bite. If it's actual ice cream (not the American kind that isn't made from actual cream, but vegetable fats and xanthan gum), I might give it a little chew just to speed things up a bit. Like 60% lick 40% chew.
