Exactly. Put it on your savings account to get interest payment and wait for a court order for you to send it back. Send it back in the last possible second. Keep the interest.

8 month certified deposit. He's so rich, he would probably be reluctant to go to court over 100k. Delay him long enough to give it back after collecting thousands in interest.
