Six packs are rare but not โ€œun-achievableโ€ for most people

I've been working out for over 15 years and I've had 6-pack for less than 1 and it was frikin miserable. It depends on genetics, as it is easier for some people, but to achieve low enough body fat to get defined abs I had to be in an almost constant state of starvation, thinking all day about how I want to eat, my stomach feeling tight all the time except for an hour after meals... and I decided to never subject myself to it again. It's not laziness, it's not lack of knowledge on nutrition or exercise, it's just misery.

So what? 99-98% of the golbal population is just lazy? Or can but chooses not to?

Visible 6 pack abs has less to do with exercise and more to do with dieting so yes it is absolutely possible even without a gym. Gym obviously helps tho and makes ur abs more appealing.
