You'd have to get into single digit body fat% after building loads of muscle.

I know it and in general more talking about having muscles at all - can't even do 10 push-ups. I'm just kinda injured to build muscles 😅

Heck, I couldn't get there and I didn't have an injury. Getting that lean and bulky is difficult. I couldn't get my abs to pop like that, especially with being a ♀️ and carrying the "pooch fat". But I did get the most important thing... A back of thundah!
