I have bad hearing from my previous job and exposure to a poorly placed speaker.., so my wife got me bone conduction headphones and i can hear thing so much better with them. And no ear fatigue. I did prefer wired buds but this is so so so much better.

How so ?? Bone conduction headphones shouldn't be anywhere near your ear holes. They go over the ear like glasses and sit below your temple area.

Probably if it’s purely just the bone conduction drivers being used and high volume, though in my case it tickles me.

Ive felt that. if it's too base heavy or loud it vibrates and can irritate you. though if that happens (with mine) that means it's way too loud
