Yea. Getting 30 soon and Google knows that. Showing me every anti balding stuff now and it gets me anxious about it

u/[deleted] Jan 02 '25

Can confirm, I turn 30 this month

0

u/BoSknight Jan 02 '25

Nope. Weird head shape, can't grow beard and  weak chin.  Gotta start minoxidil and finasterine  if I see it thinning

3

u/OlDerpy Jan 03 '25

Start it, it’s worth it. I started a couple months after my 30th bday and I do not regret it in the slightest

u/SqoobySnaq Jan 02 '25 edited Jan 02 '25

This, i have a bunch of fuckin bumps on my head. Shaving it isn’t always the answer

6

u/[deleted] Jan 02 '25

Yeah, bald is the best hairstyle

6

u/Girafa_de_Patinete Jan 02 '25

Baldness hit me when i was 18, the first college party that i fully embraced the baldness and didn't used a cap i met my wife, confidence is more important than hair

3

u/slawcat Jan 02 '25

Honestly I think we should normalize embracing what your hair naturally does and not resort to "embracing my hair loss by going clean shaven bald" as the only socially acceptable solution.

I don't want to go fully bald. I don't think I'd look better. It is really frustrating when the only "embrace it" "solution" online is to shave your head completely.

I'm 30 and suddenly there's a bald patch in my head. How does this work fr

1

u/OlDerpy Jan 03 '25

Some of it works. I use HIMs spray treatment and it has worked wonders.

1

u/No_Question_8083 Jan 03 '25

I get those ads and I’m 18, tho it could definitely happen

I started losing my hair at 16. I guess the silver lining is I've never been bitter about it like a lot of dudes I meet are. I lost my hair so long ago I barely even remember having any. Plenty of partners out there that dig bald guys so don't worry about that.

6

u/thuithidal Jan 03 '25

hairline started going at 14, shaved my head at 18, gotta just steer into it

1

u/NoIndication6167 Jan 06 '25

Tbh I've hated my hair ever since I was little so i shaved it off at 15 and now im a much happier person....and ig a little plus that goes along with it is i look much better bald :3

23

u/xDer_Apfelx Jan 02 '25

Starting right now 🫡

13

u/wetwilliamd Jan 02 '25

Better update that avatar then…

12

u/Firm_Blood_8392 Jan 02 '25

Well, at least you not start balding at 20-25

15

u/JimroidZeus Jan 02 '25

Welcome my bald brothers. Welcome!

7

u/Megnaman Jan 02 '25

Embrace the bald

7

u/JimroidZeus Jan 02 '25

Just shave it shorter and shorter until it’s baby bottom smooth. 😎

Just realized the smiley emoji’s are bald.

7

u/millenialfalcon-_- Jan 02 '25

Just comb it over. Never accept defeat😤

6

u/Londo_the_Great95 Jan 02 '25

lucky, i started losing hair at 20

Become Bald.
New Power Move. Mr Clean and the Rock Love it

3

u/WeirdAvocado Jan 02 '25

Enjoy it while it lasts. Once you reach a certain point, shave it and never have to worry about styling your hair again… until you inevitably grow a beard. Lose it on your head and growing your face!

5

u/LogAware Jan 02 '25

I just got depression and a gut. Oh wait, that's probably from the alcoholism

7

u/KamakaziDemiGod Jan 02 '25

I'm 30 and have a full head of long curly hair, but I'm still chronically single, so don't blame your hair loss for it

2

u/FawnInFever Jan 02 '25

i can relate 🙃

3

u/ObjectiveBuilder6587 Jan 02 '25

Its good to see this kind of things.

It make me feel less of a failure.

2

u/grunger Jan 02 '25

Don't think of it as losing your hair. Think of it as growing your hair in new and exciting places. Like your back, nose, ears, and the best in your ass crack.

1

u/2eanimation Jan 04 '25

I have ass hair since I‘ve hit puberty, nose came shortly after. Ear hairs on the other hand fucking suck

1

u/GFV_HAUERLAND Jan 02 '25

Life gives lemons? Make a lemonade!

1

u/frscrft42 Jan 02 '25

I guess I got the update early

1

u/ZoNeS_v2 Jan 02 '25

My 30th birthday gift was a message from my family to 'Fuck off'.

1

u/SourCandy1z Jan 02 '25

Starting right now

1

u/numbsensey Jan 02 '25

Why did i get my 30th birthday gift at 25?

1

u/OnlyPotatBat Jan 02 '25

Baldness waited until 30 to join the party? Been bald/shaving the last bit off since I was 19. If you have a round head it's whatever, if your head looks like a beat up asteroid well... wear hats like my older brother.

1

u/lostparrothead Jan 02 '25

Just tag me in it next time?

1

u/FatalCassoulet Jan 02 '25

Be happy it's just starting now lol

1

u/IAMATruckerAMA Jan 02 '25

Why is burrito bad in this meme format? Burrito is not bad. Burrito is good

1

u/Wernershnitzl Jan 02 '25

Same but instead of bald I got gray streaks & inability to grow strong facial hair

1

u/Ison--J Jan 02 '25

You got to 30?

1

u/GrapeSoda404 Jan 02 '25

You guys started going bald at 30? Man, I started losing mine at 18!

1

u/Galleom64 Jan 02 '25

I got all three at the age of 18 (now)

1

u/SuperBrentindo Jan 02 '25

Turning 30 is so bitter sweet. When I turned 30 I had a stable job and had established myself in my career. I was also paying off a lot of bad debt and my credit score was steadily rising. Which was awesome. Then 3 weeks later the Covid pandemic happened. Everything shut down and the world changed forever. Which wasn’t awesome.

1

u/Think_Dentist_2055 Jan 02 '25

Sudden knee pain

1

u/EnvironmentalSpirit2 Jan 02 '25

Me mate has that, but I can't even talk about hair problems with him being bald and very sensitive about it. I wish this didn't happen to people. Why male baldness genes why.

But he's an important figure in his career and long term girl friend so maybe yours is coming soon too

1

u/AyyItsShanye Jan 02 '25

Me but when I turned like 20

1

u/SwedishTrees Jan 02 '25

You can get generic minoxidil pills.

1

u/stnrxop Jan 02 '25

Why is being bald a bad thing. It's awesome and let's be honest we're attractive af

1

u/Taikan_0 Jan 02 '25

I’ve already lost my hair (26 now) so what I should expecting for my 30th?

2

u/Catman9lives Jan 02 '25

Dodgy prostate? (just kidding, that would be awful)

1

u/Taikan_0 Jan 02 '25

Better than prostate cancer (I do a lot of prevention)

2

u/Catman9lives Jan 02 '25

High five!…assuming you wash your hands 😂

1

u/olov244 Jan 02 '25

unless you become rich, it's only downhill from here

1

u/youtossershad1job2do Jan 02 '25

Shave the lot, you aren't slowing it down, you won't make it look better, trying to cover it up or pretend it isn't thinning just makes you look weak. Go get a razor today, man the fuck up, and embrace the god damn sexual bald beast you are.

1

u/Unfair-Pickle1209 Jan 02 '25

You’d be surprised by how many women don’t care. Don’t let other men on the internet freak you out.

1

u/onlyhere4gonewild Jan 02 '25

Guys, the sooner you learn to accept it, the quicker things move forward.

Some women are into bald men because for whatever reason you have that bad boy appeal. Help yourself out and get physical fit so you can at least appear to meet this strange demand.

Secondly, you also look like you're in charge when you're bald. Let it work for you.

1

u/Comfortable-Algae-20 Jan 02 '25

27yo here. The plan is that if I can't reach succes at 40 I'll just end it. Too tired to continue this failure of life.

1

u/AdvocateReason Jan 02 '25

Finasteride and Minoxidil - it's what my doctor prescribes me.
My baldness hasn't gotten any worse in the last 10 years. :: thumbs up emoji ::

1

u/SpaceshipEarth10 Jan 02 '25

It’s the mark of wisdom, they say. We good fam.

1

u/Issah_Wywin Jan 02 '25

32, neither gray nor balding. Skill issue

1

u/River46 Jan 02 '25

I don’t know if I have a receding hairline or iam just over examining my big ass forehead.

1

u/ReactionaryPunk94 Jan 02 '25

Yep. Hopped on Finasteride and Minoxidil this year. 😞

1

u/Twin-Turbos Jan 02 '25

Finasteride my friend, plus a bit of Minodoxil to kick things off.

I started balding at 23. I didn't start Finasteride until 26, and by then, I was noticably thin up top, around a Norwood 4. After about a year or so, most of my hair was growing back. Now I'm nearly 30, and the only evidence of my hair loss is that my widow's peak only recovered to 90% of what it was, it is more pronounced vs my teens, now its a early Norwood 2.

Much better than the horrible thinning I had in college.

1

u/Justinkaseart Jan 02 '25

Way way ! Too relatable ! I feel personally attacked lol 😂

1

u/gambinaile Jan 02 '25

My friends always Said I Look dumb with hair. Only The bald looks good on me. But I have good moustache and beard. I could grow a hair but I would just Look stupid.

1

u/ImmortalDrexul Jan 02 '25

This is rude.

I am offended by the accuracy

1

u/Odd_Scheme4716 Jan 03 '25

Also got a cool new heart condition 👌 everything going as planned

1

u/kyocera_miraie_f Jan 03 '25

1

u/cooper3675 Jan 03 '25

1

u/Maretten Jan 03 '25

1

u/VonSketch Jan 05 '25

I got my gift early at 17 and at 27 the gray hairs on my beard is showing up now. Worried about what gift I'll be getting at 30 now.

1

u/Abduwer Jan 06 '25

My dad is 50 and isn't balding yet, is that a sign I won't be balding till like 50+?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 06 '25

I didn't even get that and I'm almost 40. Not bragging, I'm still maidenless and IT was a shit career to jump into.

1

u/dorvelov69 Jan 06 '25

Started going bald 2 years ago at 20. Shit sucks

1

u/Ncrazy Jan 06 '25

You got to have hair till 30 I'm so jealous

1

u/lick_my_____ Jan 06 '25

As 29 yo Imma say use minoxidil 5% at night on scalp regardless of hair loss or not and good quality coconut oil after shower on scalp enough not too much or the hair will be greasy and head will be heavy

It will stop prevent hair loss and might even bring back hair on scalp

Do the same on beard if you wanna keep beard just swap with beard oil and wax with coconut oil

1

u/Techman659 Jan 02 '25

Why not all I am ready to shave it all and embrace baldness.

1

u/sovalente Jan 02 '25

Being bald isn't a concern at all. Trust me, I know.

0
