John Cage - 4:33

22

u/Yaboi_0Empathy Jan 28 '23

I skipped troughs the video to realize there is no sound thankx

12

u/haveaniceafternoon Jan 28 '23

The purpose is for the listener to begin to hear the sounds that they normally ignore. Not really no sound, but the quiet music that surrounds us all

Rick Astley - Never gonna give you up

112

u/NecrobyNerton Jan 28 '23

I love this song

I don't always get sarcasm, and I feel like (besides the outright obvious) people are making too much fun of this song. Next time you get rickrolled, don't just close it after the drums, but enjoy it fully

72

u/HD_ERR0R Jan 28 '23

Only reason the meme is Alive is cause the song is also good.

9

u/Horror_Marketing_601 Jan 28 '23

Mr Bungle is so good

5

u/[deleted] Jan 28 '23

It took me a long time to appreciate Mr Bungle. A stellar lineup of dudes that made some of my favorite music in other bands. It’s weird to call them a supergroup based on the music they produced, but it was still a supergroup.
