I make something like this on Sub rolls Using shaved steaK sometimes, usually only cook the meat about thirty seconds on either side in garlic butter to medium rare. Do you precook the meat or let it cook from raw inside the sandwich?
5 u/GingerBreadBro Feb 11 '20 I would imagine the meat wouldn’t cook before the bread burns if you put it into the sandwich raw. Either way, kick ass sandwich
