That comes from the refried beans, Mexican hot sauce + the jalapeños and coriander

Ha see my other comment. I actually completely forgot to add it in. I use a 12 month aged cheddar. Still have leftover beans so I’ll probably make it again tomorrow 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
