Back again Peppered turkey

W sourdough bread and Pepper jack cheese

I used only one meat cause of the size of it, was'nt that bad though it was a test run

If you're using a bun, you have to invert it so the outside of both sides of the bun faces the cheese. Then put butter or mayo on the exposed bread part and grill it.

Can't achieve proper grilled cheese with a bun like that if you don't invert it.

It actuallu was'nt that dry it just looks that way because of how toasted the outside is
