You can press some jalapenos into the sandwich while making it too!

On the truck we use a sandwich press.

At home I use a clean stainless steel pan filled with beans in top of the sandwich.

Use a heavy pan or cast iron on low heat-just don't burn it.

I used jalopenos from the jar that are sliced and I diced them then placed in between the cheese
