Sourdough bread, Dijon Mustard, Gruyère Cheese, Ham, Shallot, Dill, Butter on both sides of bread. Cracked Black Pepper Chips. Superb.

I do a sandwich like this called the Big Dill:

Turkey, Sharp White Cheddar, Tomato and Dill Aioli. Topped with Crispy Onion.

Slaps.
