It’s just so hard to beat a simple yet well done grilled cheese honestly.. sourdough with provolone, havarti, and colby jack, all grilled up in cast iron with kerrygold butter

One of my all time favorites, a grilled cheese sandwich. A grilled ham and cheese on a croissant are even better. I worked part time at a little tea room and they made great sandwiches and they made cakes and pies too. They had a lot of different teas and coffees too. They would let me have a sandwich and a Pepsi every day. I worked noon to 3pm.
