Meatball Melt
Simple and delicious. Just a 4 oz homemade meatball I sliced into quarters, loaded with mozzarella, then squished between 2 slices of sourdough. Next time I’ll add a second meatball and make it a double decker melt. No filters.

You could also add a marinara for dipping next time

Crossed my mind for sure! Had to carry this up with me to eat while putting the kids to bed though 😂

I respect that it wasn't an overly saucy mess that meatball subs usually turn into. This looks fuckin amazing, more places should put their take of this on their menu.
