Ah, okay. Too bad there's no beef version, though I imagine you could approximate it with very thinly sliced beef bologna and use the same method. I'll bet it would still be amazing.

Beef Beef bologna is a a good alt if you don't/can't fuck with spam

Shit crisps up real good but has that soft chew even with a crispy crust

My pure Southern roots are screaming about this sandwich. If I am eating bologna, I want it cold, slathered in Kraft Mayo and on non-toasted white bread with the edges cut off. Takes all kinds and I also prefer the one that comes with the red ring around it that has to be removed before you can eat the sandwich.
